Brandyn Keating

Brandyn Keating is founder and CEO of YOUnify, a non-profit focused on creating the conditions for individual, community and ecosystemic flourishing. In education, YOUnify piloted an innovative parent liaison program during the height of the COVID pandemic. A civic engagement innovator, Keating has overseen over two dozen randomized controlled experiments conducted with social scientists, including first-of-their-kind studies on the most effective ways to reduce political polarization, cultural divisions and increase prosocial civic engagement. One intervention that Keating recently designed was a winner of Stanford University's Strengthening Democracy Challenge based on its ability to significantly reduce affective polarization.
